Shipping
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom and Europe. We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Delivery: £2.99
- Next Day Delivery (order before 12pm): £9.99
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:
- Select Proceed to Checkout
- Select or add your shipping address
- Select a shipping speed and select Continue
- Select a payment method and select Continue
The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary
Payment Method
We offer a variety of payment methods for your ease. When making your payment, you can choose from the following options:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Paypal
- Apple Pay (for iPhones)
- Google Pay (for Androids)
Returns & Exchanges
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will be unable to offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not cover any return costs, it is the customer responsibility.
Non-returnable items include:
- When an item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- When an item is returned after more than 30 days, post being delivered
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

How to Return

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
